The 5 Elements - water colour, gold leaf and Chinese ink

This project originated in my Qigong class, sparked by the idea of co-creation. While my teacher was explaining the philosophy behind the 5-element meditation, I was struck by the thought of merging these concepts with my paintings. I believed integrating my art into the meditation could deepen its impact, and so, the project was launched.
